We needed help with custom software development.

They provided custom software development services to create our website. We divided the project into five phases. The first phase went well, so we continued the partnership through the next phases. Their team built the whole online marketplace using PHP. They built the database with MySQL.

We used Excel throughout the project. It’s always a challenge to develop software. On a scale of zero to five, I would give them a four for their project management. It was good, but there were areas for improvement.

We found the speed of their coding and knowledge of technology impressive. We never had a problem when it came to their knowledge or their abilities to code. Their know-how of technology was useful.

The only issue we had was the chronogram. That’s the only area where they could improve.

Keep in touch with Pawan. He’s nice, friendly, and helpful. The better you describe your product’s functionalities in the beginning, the better the results will be. Spend more time at the beginning of the project to make the development easier.

They built our website as per our requirements. As for the technology, they used WordPress as a CMS because we needed something that can be easily managed by us. Their team effectively managed each phase and crafted an amazing website for us.

As said in previous reply, we are in continuous partnership with them to develop several of our internal business applications, our goal is to digitalize our process as much as possible.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aalpha Information Systems India Pvt. Ltd?

I wanted to create a website, and since I come from a medical background, my technical know-how was low. My project was a knowledge-based website for healthcare professionals. I hired Aalpha Information Systems to design the site and the UI and to build it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aalpha Information Systems developed my site from scratch. I had a conceptual idea of what it should be and how it should look, and the team used this information to create the site. Since it was an evolving concept, they went back and forth in the design. The process was iterative; they would refine things based on my feedback.

I wanted to keep the site very simple, accessible, and user-friendly, which was one of the major requirements for the Aalpha Information Systems team. They built a dashboard where users can ask questions and get responses. Therefore, some database work was attached to the site development. The team built a user-facing frontend and a backend admin side, and they connected the database to a server.

I worked with 2–3 people from Aalpha Information Systems, including Pawan (CEO & Managing Director) and a couple of developers.

Since mine was a personal venture and not a full commercial project, I didn’t want a big provider. I wanted technologically sound people who could cater to a more boutique need. From the reviews I read and the references I got, Aalpha information Systems seemed like the right fit. The projects on their website seemed to cater to big and individual customers.

We started working together in February 2022, and the site went live in July 2022.

Aalpha Information Systems was very good at understanding the concept of what I wanted and was open to iterations of it. Because this was my first time doing this type of project, they were quite flexible in changing things or refining them while still keeping to the timeline. The team was very communicative and understood my requirements.

I could reach out to Pawan any time, and he would explain things to me if I didn’t understand. He would also provide advice, such as which server to choose. Still, he never tried to impose his views — he would let me choose. Overall, Aalpha Information Systems was technically sound. They were open to listening to the client at every stage and checking if things were coming out as I wanted. Working with them was quite a good experience.

They were very professional in terms of keeping timelines, even when I asked for changes. The team was always on time with whatever they committed to. We typically communicated through phone calls, Google Meet, and WhatsApp.

I was most impressed with Aalpha Information Systems’ communication and ability to work with the client. They were always there and ready to talk to me, which was one of the best things about working with them. The team was also technically sound and was able to deliver to my satisfaction.

If you’re an individual person trying to start a project, you can approach Aalpha Information Systems, and they’ll listen to you and work with you. They will deliver on what you ask, even if the project isn’t big; they’re very good at handling projects for individual customers. More prominent companies can be very intimidating in how they look at things and sometimes even dismissive when the project is small. Meanwhile, Aalpha Information Systems is very approachable.
