Time and Material Model
This is a widely popular model with most important projects where it is
complicated to define at outset the scope, specification and
implementation plans of a software development project. Here, the
principle is pay as you go or use of the hourly development efforts. We
ensure that once scope is frozen, we transform this into the fixed price
model. We bring into action thorough project management and reporting with
daily/ weekly developer/ manager task sheets. We have also bid for partial
phases of projects on fixed time, fixed price basis and other parts on
time and material basis. It is obvious that in dealing with us, customers
have complete flexibility.
Fixed-Price Model
This is a low-risk option, employed when project scope and specifications
are identifiable and clear. With us, you may consider this model as a
guarantee of on-time, on-budget delivery of projects, with extraordinary
cost advantages to customer organizations.
Hybrid Model
We employ this delivery methodology for chosen customers, dependent
strongly on our relationships and mutual value generation over the long
term. Some of our customers are driven at times by budget limitations,
while under pressure with an unclear project scope and definition to
deliver high quality, so we assist them by committing to undertake a major
portion of a project on a Fixed Price basis and at the same time deploy
resources on a Time and Materials Pricing basis.
Dedicated Development Center Model
Consider this an extension of our customer's own software engineering
facility especially in software product engineering. We define, deploy
resources and infrastructure exclusively for the customer for a
pre-determined minimal period of time. Needless to say, in this mode, our
customers enjoy the very best capabilities and intellectual quality of
Aalpha Information Systems along with the attractive economy of such an offering.
The challenge for us is to create an efficient and seamless extension of
the client's development facilities, and every time our confidence has
vindicated us. We can establish and manage dedicated offshore development
centers to develop IT solutions, maintain legacy systems, and provide
24-hour, on-call support.
We also provide Variable Pricing (involves use of a fixed price for basic
services, with variances based on higher service levels) and Risk/reward
sharing (Pricing linked to client’s performance) for very select
customers.
